About Me

Meet Teresa

Hi, I’m Teresa! I’m a wife, mom to two amazing daughters, and a passionate wellness entrepreneur. My professional journey began in Silicon Valley, where I spent 18 years as a hardware sales engineer at a top computer company. During that time, I had the privilege of serving clients like AOL, Lucent, the U.S. Navy, and strategic partners such as Accenture Federal, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman—developing trusted, solution-focused relationships across the tech industry.

While working full-time, I started exploring network marketing as a fun and flexible side gig. With two young kids at home, it was the creative outlet (and income diversification) I didn’t know I needed. After a year of balancing both roles, I was laid off from my corporate career. Thankfully, I had already planted the seeds of something new—and what started as my Plan B quickly became my Plan A.

For the next decade, I built a thriving business with a luxury skincare company. But when that brand shifted to an affiliate-only model, I took it as a sign to pivot fully into my lifelong passion: nutrition and wellness.

Back in 2010, I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and leaky gut. That sparked a deep dive into holistic health—reading, researching, and experimenting with my own wellness routine. Like many women, I’ve faced the ups and downs of hormonal shifts, weight gain, and fatigue. But through it all, I’ve gained real insight—and now I get to use it to help others.

I’ve become a bit of a supplement nerd over the years, so it’s no surprise that I’ve partnered with Shaklee, the company founded by the doctor who created the very first multivitamin in the U.S. It feels like I’ve found my forever home.

These days, I help women simplify their wellness—adding more protein to their diet, filling in nutrient gaps, and detoxing their skin, body, and home from harmful chemicals. I’m already feeling better, shedding a few pounds, and starting my day with a delicious, gut-friendly shake that gives me lasting energy without the bloat.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I’m glad you’re here—and I’d love to help you feel your best too.
